Stella is one of the sweetest adult pigs we have. Stella belonged to an elderly couple and was once a hurricane Florence evacuee in urgent need of a safe and dry place. BSAS offered the elderly couple assistance and brought Stella along with 2 other horses to the Sanctuary to stay during the hurricane. While the horses went back home after the storm, Stella settled in and the elderly couple realized that she finally had a quality of life she never had before. Stella stayed at BSAS and now we would like to find her a home that can offer Stella even more –  individual attention this sweetheart deserves. Stella would thrive with another pig and a family that would treat her as a treasure that she is.
