Board Member
Geneva is a local attorney and fitness instructor. Working within the fitness industry Geneva was well aware of the benefits of a plant based diet, but it wasn’t until her first visit to the Blind Spot that she became inspired to officially make the change to a Vegan lifestyle. After learning about the overpopulation of potbellied pigs in North Carolina she knew she had to do something to help bring awareness to the overbreeding and mistreatment of these extremely intelligent and social animals.
As a board member for the Blind Spot, Geneva is able to use her advocacy skills to provide a voice for the voiceless.
In her free time Geneva enjoys reading everything from Harry Potter novels to the latest nutritional research studies, traveling with her husband, and spending time with her big babies (two rescued pups from Dare and Wake County Animal Shelters).
